We have an office thief here and need to capture the SOB. Back home we used an anti theft powder that dyes the skin a bright pink, green color upon contact with moisture to nab some locker thieves. Where would one go to find this in Taipei?

No, I am serious: I have never seen it in Taiwan, though i have heard of it in the States. Perhaps mail order is your best bet.
That is an interesting website, BTW. very 1992 graphics, but they have some amazing stuff there…
You’re probably going to have to mail order it or contact the company that makes it and see if they have a Taiwan distributor that deems you worthy to buy it after many questions, most of which will make Urodacus’s posts seem coherent.
General rule of thumb is anything that is useful, middle class and reliable must be mail ordered or bought at Costco. YMMV 
Silver Nitrate might do the trick. But, don’t know where to get it, either.
