I’m out walking my dog in the park. Occationally I let him go by himself. The other dog owners at the park know him and me. So, today on of them told me that as of today, Taipei city is going to be rounding up stray dogs and gassing them. I don’t know if this is true or not. But I thought I would let you guys know about this if it’s true.
Taibei City has dog catcher patrols operating all year round.
