Austria no longer accepts Taiwan International Driver's Permit and vice versa

Well, Germany is not a leader in road safety.
The Nordics and UK are safest drivers and have stricter rules and severe fines. Finland has fines based on your income so they are equally painful to rich and poor people.

I wonder if such fines would ever be possible in Taiwan as Taiwan politics is driven by plutocracy.
