Authorization Certificate visa exempt validity problem

I am a holder of Indonesian passport, and I have a valid Australia visa. I was told by my travel agent that I do not need to apply for a regular visa. However, I will need to go to this address, nas.immigration.gov.tw/nase/ to register for an Authorization Certificate visa exempt.
On May 16th (30 days before my arrival date), I registered all the data online. However, I did not realize that the Authorization Certificate was only valid ‘up to 30 days’ = valid BEFORE June 15th, 2011 (NOT valid on the day 30th), meanwhile my flight will be landed into Taipei on June 15th, 2011.
I’ve tried to re-applied it again on May 19th but the Authorization Certificate expiry date remained the same (valid BEFORE June 15th, 2011)
The problem is I will be arrived in Taipei on June 15th, 2011 early morning. So obviously on June 15th, it is impossible for me to re-register and print the certificate needed, because I will be on the flight to Taipei.

I’ve called the Taiwan consular in Indonesia, but it seemed like they can’t give any solution, instead ask me to seek the solution to the immigration office in Taipei. So then I did emai/fax the immigration office in Taipei but not reply yet.

Any idea how to solve my problem ? Tks

Make a phone call to the immigration office in Taipei and tell them to look into the matter.
