All About Avocados

Fair enough, I think the missus gets it next day delivery.

I went to my local PX mart today and saw them.

In California, season should be now? Was at my brother home, his trees has ripe ones now (this year tree got water so bigger ones from an old Hass tree)

My local Wellcome has shed loads of them. All horribly underripe as always.

I love avocado milkshake and guacamole but avocado itself is pretty gross.

Kill the Listeria with hot latte.

I got a hardon for that Avolatte…or was it a lattecado?

Avolatte, of course. It sounds like the name of a temperamental Italian sports car!

I might run with the lattecado…bet no one’s used it before.

They are suspiciously the same price as the New Zealand ones I bought last week. I don’t care where the come from as long as they are this variety.

Yes, expensive at NT$109 for one. If you want a better price go to Costco (6 pack), or wait till they turn black and go to the urgent sale bin when I see them for NT$39. The photo is Jason’s Kaoshiung inside Uni-President department store tonight, they are hard as a rock and very green as you see in the phot. It will be many days till it’s soft enough to eat,
