When you wire money to another bank at the atm, how long does it take for the other person to get it?
For domestic transfers in Taiwan: during regular banking hours it should be there within a few minutes. After banking hours next day or after the weekend.

Check your receipt or the receipt they got if they tried to send money to you.
It has happened before that people said they transferred something from an ATM, didn’t get it, and I told them to look at their receipt or (if they can) log onto their bank website to see if it happened (usually not).
Sometimes the receipt will have an error message that the transfer didn’t work. One common reason is the wrong bank account (transferring to) that was perhaps mistyped.
People just take ATM receipt and never look to see if the money was actually deducted from the account.
