Just because I hate being left out of a good stone throwing party, I swung on over. Banned smanned. I got a 403 error and couldn’t even get in. Is it my smell?

Oh, I always thought it was the ISP or site webmatser intentionally closing down some pages.

The Internet service provider will refuse acces to a site after the goverment puts it on the blacklist, much the same way they do it in China.
