That’s the temple right next to the Confucius Temple, which is dedicated to Bao Sheng Da Di (Great Life-Preserving Emperor), whose birthday is on lunar 3/15. Religious activities will include things like stilt-walking, fire-breathing, and sword-swallowing. Check their website:
