BARK is always looking for permanent and foster homes for many animals. Even if you can only help for a month or two, it really makes a difference for our furry friends, and it also eases our expenses when it comes to caring for animals waiting for permanent homes. If you have the space, the time, and whatever it takes to care for animal temporarily, pm me, email or call me.
If you want to adopt a furry companion, we have many under our care looking for a good home. Feel free to contact me with any inquiries about our best friends.
This is Silvester. He was rescued on a busy road as he was about to get rolled over. He was a bit skinny but otherwise he’s always been peppy and healthy. He is a very independent Kitten although not afraid of people at all. A great companion for someone who has little time. This cat is happy with some food, a pat or two everyday, a clean litter and a room to run around. He’s about 10 weeks old, litter trained, not vaccinated yet.

This is little Sophie. The infamous from the thread called [url=http://tw.forumosa.com/t/a-bad-liver-and-a-broken-heart/29939/1 bad Liver and A Broken Heart."[/url] This little girl is going blind. We are trying a new treatment for her now that may help her condition. Her eyes are affected possibly because of liver damage. She is the most loyal pooch I’ve worked with. Sophie is spayed and vaccinated, and she’s about 1 year old.

Snow is about 2 years old. She’s been living on the street since she was a pup. She was abused and one of her toes was severed with a kitchen knife when she was just a pup. So she’s a bit hesitant around people, but she hasn’t lost hope. She warms up to a kind voice quickly and she loves to cuddle. She is house-trained, but for additional training, she would be better off in a home with someone who is a little bit experienced with training dogs. She has a very calm temper but she is not very good with other animals. She would be a great guard dog for someone who lives alone as she tends to be very territorial. She is very protective and affectionate to the hand that feeds her.

This is Sasha. She was rescued two years ago. She survived distemper and now she needs a home because her foster/rescue family isn’t able to take her with in their travels. She is about 2 years old, spayed and vaccinated. She is timid, but quite friendly. We hope that she will find a home soon as the time is ticking for her. Her foster parents are leaving soon.

This is Pepper. He is about 2 months old. Very healthy and lively. He likes to meow a lot, but not in an annoying way. He’s just very vocal, he likes to talk. Pepper is not vaccinated yet. He came to us from an organisation called Animals Tainan, based in Tainan. The founder went back home and donated a whole lot of equipment to us, and two kittens. :help:

And here’s Oreo. He is the other kitten we got from Animals in Tainan. About 3 1/2 months old. Very quiet temper, very mellow. Just an amazing cat, one of our favorites. He’s currently fostered, but he needs a permanent home.

Lucky is still waiting for a permanent home. He gained a lot of weight and is now a very healthy and adorable distemper survivor. It will be hard to let him go if/when he finds the right home. Lucky is trained to heal walk, sit, stay, and lay down. He’s the best dog we have ever had under our care by far. He also loves cats. He is house-trained and scooter-trained. He is neutered and vaccinated. About 2 years old.

Lois is another amazing animal. Another one of our faves. She lives on the street, but we feed her. She is about 3-4 years old, quite pudgy, extremely friendly and house-trained. She’s scooter-trained too. Vaccinated and spayed, she had two litters of pups in the past. A very calm dog. It’s a true wonder why she is still on the street.

This is Coconut.
She is a smaller dog. She is vaccinated and spayed, about 2 years old. She’s a bit afraid of people and she takes a little while to warm up. She would be a great little guard dog as she is very apprehensive of strangers. She does well with other dogs however, and with the hand that feeds her. A very loyal little girl she is.

This is Chip. Chip was found on the freeway at about 3 weeks old. He was adopted and we had to rescue him from his new home as they were keeping him caged. He suffered from that but he’s been calming down very quickly. He was a bit frustrated for a while, but now he’s turned into a very pleasant kitten. Absolutely gorgeous too. Chip is vaccinated, but he’s not neutered yet.

Katie was rescued as a pup. She was infested with fleas and he had patches of fur missing. She’s now healthy, peppy and ready for a new home. She’s not a big dog either. She’s vaccinated and she is getting spayed shortly. She’s got a very special look to her. Quite rare for strays. She’s friendly and she likes to go for walks a lot. Just an adorable pup.

The following nine pups were rescued from under a shipping container during a typhoon. They were drowning in water and mud. Five of them had colds and pneumonia, but with proper treatment, they all made it safely. They are all eating well already. Their mum is being spayed shortly and she will also need a home. I will post a picture of the mum later.
