I’ve just started teaching in Zhubei. Can anyone tell me where ex-pats hang out in this city? Are there any recommened bars/cafes? I’d also appreciate some info on Xinzhu. I’ve read some info about bars in Xinzhu on this site, but I haven’t had much luck in finding any (except some that had one guy drinking on his own, which didn’t appeal). Any info would be appreciated.
