Beijing Olympics...AntiAircraft Guns, Stray Dogs & Cats

The BBC is running an article entitled “Mice star as Olympic food tasters” in regards to the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The last 2 paragraphs I found a bit disturbing and perplexing…
The BBC’s Quentin Sommerville in Beijing says nothing is being allowed to stand in the way of the perfect Olympics.

Stray cats and dogs will vanish from the streets, he says, and anti-aircraft guns, small planes and rockets will be used to disperse rain clouds, ensuring there will be blue skies over Beijing for the duration.
I feel sorry for those stray cats and dogs, lord knows what will happen to them. And just how do they plan on keeping the skies blue with anti aircraft guns, small planes, and rockets???

Noting is more important than comunist propeganda.

The cat’s and dog’s will probartly be used for creams or whatever. Did they not make some creams from some stuff in peoples skin that they got from those that where executed?

That forces the cloud to precipitate.
