Are you using MS Windows? Why do you need a defragmentation program when Windows has one integrated? PageDefrag defrags bits the Windows programme doesn’t get to - but it can’t do it while the operating system is running. You have to set it to run when your computer boots up and then wait for a while. It probably helps Windows’ own defgrag programme by freeing up a bit more space.
