There are a few options on this side of the world in Taiwan such as a simple transaction at a bank or at the airport. I could also open a foreign currency account at a Citibank. I was told by a friend that it may be best to wait and make the exchange in the US at the airport there for the best exchange rate. Does anyone have any insight into what might provide the best exchange rate. Thanks in advance everyone!
