Best Places to buy DVD's?

Where are some of the best places to buy DVD’s in Taipei? And are they released at the same time as in the US? For instance, Alias Season 3 is being released in the US Sept. 9, can we expect to see it in stores here around the same time?

GuangHua market, just north of the Zhongxiao / Xinsheng MRT station. It’s a computer market below the bridge (flyover), software stuff is in the basement. R3 are often released later but you can also find R1 DVDs there.

Also the two shops mentioned by BFM have a good selection and fair prices (same area).
