Where are good bakery/pastry shops in Taipei specializing in Taiwanese sweets, like feng li su, lao po bing, song ren su, tong luo shao, etc.? (the kind with fancy packaging for gift-giving, etc.) I know about ChiaTe on Nanjing East Rd. but am curious about any other fan favorites. Also, what are some of the ‘latest and greatest’ innovations on traditional favorites that are worth scoping out? Haven’t been back for a while. Thanks!
