Best time to find a place to rent in Taipei?

Hey, I’ve searched for this in any of the existing threads, but can’t find it.

When is the best time to find a place to rent in Taipei? Are there times (eg summer maybe?) when the rental market is pretty loose?

What about around universities (eg Mucha or Gongguan), does the time of year make a difference?

Finding a place to rent in Taipei (and the rest of Taiwan) is pretty easy; timing is not something that you really need to worry about, but I would assume that you are right in thinking that the rental market near universities is slacker in summer.
