Best Way to do a Visa run

Hello,

I’ve been reading about doing visa runs in Taiwan and I assume it’s to Hong Kong. I just have a few questions about that though…

  1. What is the cheapest way to do a visa run to Hong Kong (I.e. which airline, which website to find the cheapest prices, etc…)?

  2. Is there an airline that has a good refund policy?
