Download.com - part of Cnet. Loads of reviews of software - the free and the not-so-free.
Slashdot.com - tech news and links.
Engadget.com - Huge site about gadgets, all the very latest stuff, links galore.
The Tech Lounge - Don’t know much about this site. I followed a link from the engadget site to an excellent article about the Megapixel myth.
For cameras, most people already know about dcresource.com and dpreview.com.
