Dropping doesn’t work I guess you need a professional bike fitting.
I get lower back pain, cycling helps, mountain bike and road bike, that supposedly shouldn’t? Everyone to their own.
I’m definitely curious about a pro bike fitting. But right now economy is tight.
I did a test ride today. It felt very low at the beginning but okay towards the end. I lowered it again 2-3 mm more when I came back. Maybe I should rest a few days until my calf soreness is gone, but it’s hard to not ride if you can.
