Almost any big bike shop in Taipei will have the usual Alpinestars, Dainese, Arlen Ness, etc. jackets… a little overpriced usually and more often than not the sizes range from medium down to small, but available…
Don’t live in Taipei myself so I can’t suggest specific stores… sorry…
There is a big bike store on Fuxing S. Rd (left side going south) near where Fuxing runs into the back door of NTU.
