I’m looking to rent out my house while I leave Taiwan for awhile. I’m looking for a bilingual Chinese/English lease, in case I rent to a foreigner.
If anyone has a pdf doc or whatever handy let me know!

As far as I can tell that’s in English only, thanks though.
For foreigners you can use the English one, for Taiwanese use the Chinese one.
I haven’t seen a bilingual one. Maybe somebody else has.
Nah, I want bi-lingual.
