Just went to a new bar, Cafe Barbados, which has an ultra-hip atmosphere, with nice lighting and soothing music. The music is not too loud so you can still talk to friends or have a business conversation. The real plus is that the drinks are really reasonable. Beers go for $120, with a Coors Lite special of 5 for $500. Happy hour is daily from 6-8pm, with 2 for 1 specials on all beers and basic cocktails. They have all kinds of cocktails and they even sell bottles at a good price comparable to other bars/pubs. The salmon lox was a nice treat as well as the cheese plate. You can’t beat the atmosphere there. Service is top notch to.
