I saw a a medium sized Black/brown dog, who was obviously well trained, in Neihu yesterday. He had a collar with spikes,and a medallion thingy in it. I couldn’t take a pic, coz he was avoiding all attention and when I tried to speak to him he bolted away, he was obviously lost coz he was dishevelled and dirty. He had a bandage on his left hind leg, and ws trained to cross the road on a green light!!

The number written on the inside of his collar was 09193719…he was too fast for me and I couldn’t read the last 2 digits. :blush: I know this is not much help. I couldn’t get down and hold the dog still coz I had my kiddos with me and was a bit afraid myself of the doggie’s temper.

You could try making up to 100 phone calls, covering all possibilities for the last few digits.

I did try searching online, but I don’t know how to search using just part of a number (or word). Anyone else know?

I was thinking of the phone company…maybe the phone company can send a SMS to all users.

Is there a chinese forum of lost and found pets?? But the other thing is, the dog was on the move, he wasn’t loitering, it could be he knew where he was going or atleast he was tiring himself out looking for it. Thanks for trying.
