I’m going to be in Taipei for a few weeks for work, and I was wondering if anyone could give me some guidance on the best way to get a table/bottle service at a club in Taipei.
·Is it best to just call the club directly?
·Does anyone know of any recommended hosts that I could contact?
·I’ve heard that tables typically cost around 6-5k NT - is that correct?
As a bit of a disclaimer…I only speak English.

I only know bout hostess clubs. And there is definitely bottle service. In fact its the only way. And you may get 1 bottle free for 2 bottles ordered. Whats not finished, you put your name on it and its there when you come back. But usually the bottles will be finished. As the rule is you will get one hostess per person. They are rotated every 15 to 30 mins. You can chat with them or dance with them. They will help you finish your bottles and there is the mandatory fruit and snacks (which you will be paying for too).
Its expensive. Bout 1000nt/hour per hostess or more and bout 8000 for a bottle of whiskey or more . Plus count on bout 2000nt or more for the snacks.
I would imagine regular discoteques have bottle service. Just ask them when you are there.
Most clubs have numbers on their fb pages that you can use to book tables. Minimums vary between $5-8k depending on the place and size of your party. Bottles generally cost between $2,5-5k depending on what you’re drinking and the level of the place. Expect to pay for mixers in some places, though most will compliment you a certain amount of these for each bottle ordered. Enjoy.

What type of clubs are you looking for? You can just call directly to book for most of the clubs. They will definitely have someone who speaks English so that wouldn’t be a problem. As for the price, it really all depends on the location/level of clubs you are looking for. Like what citizen k said, $5-8k for a table is what you can be expecting to pay. Some of the bigger clubs will start at $10k.
Thanks for the responses everyone. I’ll try using the numbers listed on the facebook pages. I’m looking for dance clubs…and based on what I’ve found…it looks like Myst & Lava could be some good choices. I think I’d be looking for places that don’t have as many Western tourists.

Myst and Lava are drastically different, but then again, that depends on what your age and what you are looking for. I would recommend Myst, Spark, or Room 18 if you want dance clubs. You’ll find Western tourists at any liquor establishments, but there won’t be nearly as much as places like Brass Monkey etc.
Room 18, Myst, and Luxy all have 2 separated areas where they play house music. It’s usually a little smaller, but you’ll have a good time still. Spark just has one area, and the music depends on what the DJ feels like tonight.
Last note, if you book a table, you’ll have it for the entire night, but the smallest tables at these dance clubs usually accommodate 8+ people. There really aren’t tables for just 3-4 people. Of course you can just spend 8k for a table and invite random people over for a drink. That or you can just chill at the bar.
