Or neither. I’m not so selfish or greedy. I believe too many people ignore caring for their mental health to their detriment. I find it preferable to talk to people who get paid to listen about how to better my life for me and those around me. I like learning how to identify goals, obstacles to my goal and then reason out how to bridge the gap. I like learning and applying strategies that give me peace and order.
But whatever…back to you T-Bone Steak. How’s the wife?

Therapy is no doubt wonderful
I would love to have my favorite shrink like I do my barber and pay 150 dollars an hour
I self shrink and I think I am doing fine thanks all the same
Normal people have friends who are normal and we can all shrink off each other
Besides if I need a review of all that is wrong of me I am sure my ex wife still has that catalog.
In the meantime I will just continue to look in the mirror and say you are not going to suck today you are a winner not a whiner and carry on .
