# Breast Implants Taiwan

For year 2025. That doesn’t seem correct. Rarely seen in Taiwan. Maybe becoming more popular.

it says “bleast augmentation” 🙃

i’m begging people to never blindly trust AI data charts, they’re often misleading or just hallucinated data.

According to the 2024 survey by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Taiwan (listed as Chinese Taipei) had an estimated 27,822 breast augmentation procedures in 2024.

That means roughly 28,000 procedures per year as a recent estimate.

Taiwan had approximately 234 breast augmentation procedures per 100,000 women in 2024, based on the ISAPS procedure estimate and Taiwan’s official female population.

the graphic says implant but the data is augmentation. it could just be making the breast the same size, or shape, usually a lift. I can believe those estimates, many women are insecure. if i had money i’d get one too.

also does the estimate include people who perform medical tourism?
