I am thinking of making some type of property investment. Would be nice to have a place that I fully owned I reckon, also diversify my assets .

*Buy a house in Ireland or UK - Don’t bother just invest most savings in stock indices and keep renting forever here

Advantage of buying in Taiwan is I could get a mortgage and get some tax relief and obviously live in it!
Two things that have held me back somewhat are what I perceive as lack of value and also war risk.
