Hello, I’m thinking to pursue my citizenship through my Taiwanese mother by living in Taiwan one year (I’m american born). I’m wondering after i get my identity card, would my spouse then be qualified to apply for ARC through me after i become a citizen with household registration? I imagine so, but I just want to be sure.
You should be able to sponsor her ARC once you have your TARC. That is, you don’t have to wait a year.
