Burial

Heard on the radio this morning that cremation is free from the government. But other fees will probably need to be managed.

There was that Taiwan movie about the foreigners who took their buddies’ ashes on a road trip and dumped them somewhere down south but probably not really doable.

I’m curious what are the legalities of a Viking burial in Taiwan?

Heard it too from my boss that cremation are free here in Taiwan - most likely I will prefer to die here.
Back home you must buy a piece of land in private (which I did buy recently for my old parents) and in public you must pay taxes ( I mean the living human must pay taxes for their dead relatives) - so you know the result if no one pay taxes if remains are in public cemetery.
