I just agreed to teach my neighbor and a few of her collegues some business English. Their main concern is e-mailing. They do a lot of shipping from Taiwan to Japan and back. Their main means of communication online is English. Just wondering if you guys have any ideas of what I could help them with. So far I am just asking for some e-mails that they have recently sent out so I know where the English level is at in the company. Anyways any ideas are appreciated.
