How do you know? How can I be certain. Should I still go to the free legal clinic ?
Most replies, if not all, tell you pay a visit, but it is you who finally decides.

That’s why I have been telling you to go to your local Labour Affairs Office in your county/city. They will be certain. And then there are lawyers too.
How can you be certain? By going to them.
