Anyone else had this issue ? I tried two separate Paypal accounts, both refused.

Paypal Taiwan, as far as I know, does not allow payments to other Paypal in Taiwan accounts.
Something to do with attempting to stop (or slow down?) money laundering?
Perhaps other forumosans will be better informed about this than I am.

Oh ok, it went through before with Taiwan Paypal but Paypal may have changed the regulations.
