I am moving to Taipei with my family this coming July. We plan to stay at least one year and perhaps for several years. We hope to either buy a cheap car (100,000 - 200,000 NT), or to lease a car.
I wonder if there are any recommendations for the best way to go about doing this?
(I see there are existing threads on this topic but the replies are old and not very relevant to the practical questions that I have, so I just went ahead and made a new thread. I hope that is ok.)
