Buying beef in taipei

I am trying to find somewhere I can purchase a standing rib roast(or prime rib cut), in taipei. I have tried costco/jasons and the local market butcher.

Did you actually talk to the butchers at Costco or at the Tianmu Butchery? Sometimes butchers will cut things to order; you’re not necessarily limited to what’s on display.

Yes we talked to the butchers at costco/jasons, they didnt have any, and the guys from the local market said that ill need to get imported beef from somewhere as the local meat is way too lean to create roasts from
