I know adults need to send their ID cards when they apply, which a baby would not be able to do. Has anyone successfully applied for a baby taibaozheng before, if so how did you do it and do you know if there any rules against dual nationals applying?
I don’t know anything about babies but dual citizens can get taibaozheng. If they suspect you are a dual citizen (for example they see your place of birth as the USA) then they’ll ask to see your other passport and any active visa.
