I am quite surprised that I have to buy a new set of tires. Again. After 22k km. I am currently on Bridgestones, but there must be something better. I drive a Ford Escape, zig zagging mountain roads to and from work, and more often than not I am in a hurry. I know I have an aggressive driving style, but I should get more out of a set of tires…
In the states, BF Goodrich, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Toyo, Nitto, and other brands are popular. Maybe these brands are available in local shops but it can get really pricey. You may look at some Asian tire brand counterparts like Nexxen, Hankook, Kenda, Kumho.
Hankook tires are excellent.
II agree
I was skeptical but had a set that lasted 100,000 km in the front and 140,000 km in the back
I don’t rotate tires . This is roughly 1/3 more than most other brands
This is in California
I went through tires a lot faster in taiwan
Most tires lasting only 30000 Km
Shock absorbers also don’t last in Taiwan
I had to change them after 50000km usually
Here my Acura has about 360000 km on original shocks
Currently running Goodyear on my car
I like them
Bridgestone is also good
Nanking seems to last well too
How about trying out Dunlop this time? I tried it on my Toyota FJ Cruiser changed after 45000kms.
