Dad finally sold that one property?
Yea, because it was registered under all my aunts and uncles, and so it was impossible to determine who owns what, so the decision was made to sell it so that it is easier to divide up the money.
Is social housing referring to ē¤¾ęä½å® ? Despite living in one currently, I am only living here on behalf of my girlfriend. I couldnāt even use my lease to change my APRC address, even though my name is in the lease, because Iām just a guarantor? So, I think the answer is not by yourself. Which is a shame, because this is some of the most reasonable rent/ping, we get a rent subsidy (though, itās another thing that Iām not capable of getting), and there are some baked in perks for replacing broken things on the governmentās dime.
Curious if you being on the lease will also affect eligibility to rent a larger place. From what I have heard, apartment size of social housing is based on the number of (eligible?) people living in one apartment.
