Can I buy a Japanese 3DS in Taiwan?

I’m going to Taiwan on June and I’d like to know if I can buy a Japanese 3DS console there (not a Taiwanese region one) and if so, where would you suggest? Are they common or hard to find? And around how much would it be?

I purchased my Japanese 3DS LL (or XL) console here in Taipei, in the Wannien Building in Ximen. Lots of Japanese games there too. For a long time, there was no Chinese version of the 3DS so most people used the Japanese version, so they’re still fairly common I think.
