I’m a NWOHR I think. (born in Taiwan and have a Taiwan passport but left when I was young, lost my HR in the process). Now working here on ARC (not a TARC).
I’m thinking about buying a place, settle down etc. So I actually want to get an household registration as that just make everything much easier.
From reading the couple article below. It seems I can’t really get a household registration unless I leave the country and come back with my Taiwan passport? Is that the correct understanding? Covid has made travel complicated and I was hoping I can do this without traveling.
