Shippers have trouble delivering to my address. Is there a way to have a package (via EMS) shipped directly to the local post office and pick up from there? Or do any convenience stores offer this?

Yes. Just call them and tell them the tracking number and instruct them to hold it for you.

Yes, but you should wait until it shows up in customs so that they have the information in their system. They can’t really help you until then.

Another option is getting a post office box. They cost next to nothing.
