I am going to Vietnam in the summer, and as the Vietnamese government have signed up to the International Driving Permit I wondered if I can use the 250cc small motorcycle licence abroad?
I know that one way to find out is to visit the DMV but I’m not sure I’m ready for three different answers in ten minutes.
