Where is the best place to see fireworks if walking near there? I’m hoping to avoid crowds.
Can I walk across Minquan Bridge from Songshan to Neihu?

Yes, you can watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from Minchuan Bridge.
We did so two years ago. Can do so on either side of bridge. The view is perfect.
In fact, the whole sidewalk was lined with people that night, AND, traffic both ways stopped on the bridge as soon as Tpe 101 fireworks started, with the cars watching them go off, too.
Obviously, as always, just be careful for that errant scooter as the sidewalk is next to the scooter lane.
