If I am correct, the new rules for APRC eligibility are mainly for “foreign (special) professionals”. They can now get 1 to 2 years reduction toward their APRC eligibility if they got their MS/PhD from Taiwan.
I wonder if any marriage-based ARC holder has tried to benefit from this new rule as well? I mean, 5 years could be reduced to 4 or 3 years
