Unless there is some restriction now because of Covid-19 you can. I’m not sure if there are any added restrictions now. Your agent should know.

You should be asking the Airline that you plan to fly on.

I would imagine that others are similar.

EDIT - Non-HK Residents are not permitted. Everyone who is permitted entry must do Hotel Quarantine for 14 days, Staying in an AirBnB etc is NOT permitted.
