I find the cable TV here very limited and so is my Mandarin.
Does anyone know of any websites where you can watch TV in English?
Do you need to upgrade your PC to do this?

I’d rather not use a PC… screen is too small, satellite TV is way better…

Your standard PC card will be fine with this… unless you mean to output it to your TV…
