Didn’t make that, but did watch 2012 with some right-wing American friends who were convinced that Karl Rove was absolutely correct and was going to reveal the dastardly Obama machinations causing Fox to declare Ohio for Obama- now that was a turd-blossom!
As I recall, I brought hurricanes to the party… a whole pitcher of them or was it two? I was seeing double by the time I arrived. But being the ever generous Republican, I remember sharing those hurricanes with sad Democrats and they did not seem to mind the kind of solace and bipartisanship that I was offering. Several came back for seconds 
That may have been what you read in some online blog but, what is it about your post above that makes me doubt the veracity of the account of your “right-wing American friends?”
