Just keep an eye on her, if she seems happy and there isn’t any infections or signs of discomfort then leave well alone. I also agree putting her through another operation would be stress she doesn’t need (and who does 
You’re an amazing person. Thank you so much for taking such good care of these animals. I know they give so much loving back, but many people wouldn’t do what you do and have done.
