I think that’s a chain, I’ve seen others (one near Shilin NM).
There’s also one by Hua Yin St. by Q Square/Taipei Main.
Both Raohe and Tunghua night markets have smoke shops with the same Rasta color vibe.
I think they sell more than only Cannibis related merchandise.
