What am I doing wrong? I’m using a photo from my phone. Does that particular forum not allow images?
You can’t post in the forum Language. You need to choose one of its sub-forums.

I also seem to get that message sometimes as an odd glitch, which goes away upon reloading. (In those cases, I don’t think it was related to what you said is the issue here or trying to post pictures, but I don’t remember what I was doing either.)
Edit: Just thinking about it, at least some of the cases might have been something that happens around 3-4 a.m. (IIRC, something happens around that time with the site, like updating or backing up or something, right?)
