I know some people that would love to train Capoeira and learn this great martial art
if the problem is the place, in the worst case we could talk to the UMC gym and get a proper place for this…
but please if someone knows an instructor in Taipei or any place near Shinchu let them know that we want him here !!! i think that we could arrange a price and maybe train 2 or 3 times a week…
Hmmm. Dunno about capoeira in Hsinchu, but I know a guy in Miaoli who can sell you a 9mm.
PPL of Taiwan… foreigners… Forumosans… I, Omerojs will be the proud writer of the 3rd post in this topic…
where the hell is our future Capoeira mestre? will i have to go to Brazil to bring one?
hi omerojs.
good timing. i just got back from overseas. i’d love to teach you capoeira, but i’m not sure about xinchu.
i’ve been playing capoeira angola for about 8 years, teaching for 4. i’ve got 2 berimbaus, a pandeiro, agogo and a couple of drums (plus a bunch of other instruments).
how many people do you know who want to learn?
i’ll send you a PM with my number.
great i will get in touch with you with a PM
for the ppl interested in joining the possible class in Hsinchu, please post your info here or PM me or Slymon, i will start gathering my friends to see if we have enough ppl to actually make it here, i really hope so !!
hey man i’m not going down to xinzhu that’s 2 hours away from here!
i thought the plan was for you and your buddies to come up to taipei?!
:help:
ok, that is another option !!!
anyway if someone is interested let us know, i will get some friends
by the way, do u know where to get the pants (i forget the name)
any pants will do. there are some internet sites which sell overpriced pants which say “CAPOEIRA” or “BRASIL” on them in big writing and often have pictures of muscley dudes on them. i still have a pair (my first ever capoeira pants). but, honestly, any pants will do.
I though that Hsinchu was small for some stuffs like pubs, discos, parks and things like that, but its also small for other things… i love capoeira and i would love to go to taipei on the weekends but i know that in a normal situation i wouldnt go to taipei… sometimes the nights here get more crazy than usual…
hey if anyone knows any kind of martial arts training in Hsinchu please let me know
Finally there is a place for jujitsu and Capoeira in hsinchu Downtown, the Profesor for Capoeira is from Taipei so for now it will be only one class a week, well actually 2 but in the same day… and if there are more students then they might open a second class during the week, the cost is 300Nts per class, if someone wants more info PM me
